At ZLINE Kitchen and Bath, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our luxury appliances. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original, uninstalled condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer support team or visit our online returns portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request with your order number and reason for return.

    Prepare the Shipment

    Carefully repackage the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, hardware, and protective materials to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

  • 3.
    Ship the Product

    Affix the provided shipping label or arrange for freight pickup for larger items, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the shipping crate or box.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit for damage and completeness, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
