Most ZLINE appliances, including ranges and range hoods, typically ship within 2-5 business days. Delivery times vary by region, but most customers receive their orders within 7-10 business days via specialized freight carriers.

Do ZLINE products come with a manufacturer warranty?

Yes, all ZLINE products include a manufacturer warranty. Most ranges and cooktops feature a 1-year parts and service warranty, while range hoods come with a 3-year parts warranty and a lifetime motor warranty.

What is your return policy for kitchen and bath fixtures?

We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, uninstalled condition and packaging. Please note that large appliance returns may be subject to a restocking fee and return shipping costs.

Are ZLINE range hoods compatible with both ducted and ductless kitchens?

Many ZLINE range hood models are convertible. They come ready for external ducting but can be converted to a ductless (recirculating) system with the purchase of specific charcoal filters.

How can I track my freight shipment?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and the name of the freight carrier. For large items, the carrier will call you to schedule a specific delivery window once the shipment reaches your local terminal.

Do you offer professional installation services?
